I have a digital cable box connected to an nVidia DualTV for analog recordings. In general, these convert (to iPod format) without issue using DVRMSToolbox, but movies never do. They always stop after about 20 seconds (but play fine for the 20) so I suspect this to be a DRM issue. I'm surprised that it's not simply handled by dTB. I've posted a log below, but wondering if there is something I should be doing (i.e. custom graph) to make this work properly.
I've tried several encoders, ffdshow and mencoder as well as ffmpeg, but all fail early on. Any advice is welcome as I can't get this to work no matter what I try. Or is this a lost-cause DRM issue?
