Hacked DLL problems, possibly Administrator related?

    Hi,

I'm trying to get the MS Tv Pack hacked DLL working with my Vista install. My system is as follows:
    Vista 32 (SP1 applied)
    TV Pack installed
    Hacked DLL downloaded and ready.

I've tried to follow the instructions where for assigning control of the DLL but am new to Vista and am not sure I'm doing it correctly. My default user when
logging in is called HTPC, but I'm unsure if I'm an admin user, I presume I am though.

so I assign ownership / control of the DLL to the HTPC user and then go to the command prompt and try the regsvr32 -u msdtvvdec.dll part and it fails each time.
I've made sure the DLL is in the directory where I'm trying to run that command but it still fails. I can't rembmer the error offhand but on the surface
does this sound like something caused by my HTPC user not actually being an administrator?

I've not managed to hook up Freesat yet but will do so soon and so will need BBS HD etc so this is something I'll need to get done.

    Anyone got any ideas?

    Thanks.
