I did a fresh install with Vista Home Premium, SP1 and then installed the TV Pack but I cannot get live TV to work at all.  I just get a blank screen that says "Video Error, Files needed to display video are not installed or not working correctly"  or I get "Missing Video Decoder"

I have a ATI X1300 Video card and the USB ATI 650 Combo Wonder Tuner.  I had everything working before I tried the new TV Pack so I know my hardware is good.  I installed the lastest drivers for both the video card and the TV Tuner.
