Bootable memory stick for PC restore?

Anyone know of a way to create a bootable USB flash memory stick that I can use to restore a PC from WHS?  The cd takes about 10 minutes to boot up and another 10 minutes to scan the memory stick for the network drivers for my machine.  I'm looking to speed up and simplify the process.

I think their might be an unofficial boot disc floating around the web, however I'd just copy the Vista DVD to a USB flash drive and do it that way.  Boot should be under 3 min. total.
