Simultaneous video with MCE PC and Extender

In a nutshell, I would like to synchronize video on an MCE pc with the video of an extender, so that changing a channel will result in a channel change on both.  Any ideas?

Background:  I have a MCE PC providing video on a monitor and audio through my ceiling speakers in a room.  I need to add another video source in the room (convereted lcd monitor) using an extender and want to continue to use the audio through my ceiling speakers, as it is not an option for me to run an additional audio wire.  To do so, I need synchronized channel changing between the PC and extender.  Thanks for any suggestions -

    J

ya know...this might be the first useful case i've seen for the purchase of ZeeVee TV :-P

Or really, maybe you just need an RF Video Transmitter...that's the only way you're going to get 2 TVs to be in sync
