I am also experiancing this problem. Slightly different headend but channel lineup for my zip is the same. All of my problems started on the 12th when Charter changed their lineup. Tried twice to refresh the guide with no luck.

4. ServiceProvider (name of service provider) - Charter
5. IssueType (list one) - Incorrect Guide Data
6. Description (this includes what you’re seeing, and what you’d expect to see)
Provider changed entire channel lineup effective 8/12/2008. Guide still reflects old lineup.
