Connectivity problem with RDT Hack and Linksys DMA2100 extenders after firmware update

I have a Vista premium machine SP1 in which I applied the remote desktop hack.  The system was running good with RDT and a single linksys extender.  The problems started when I added a second extender and for some strange reason I decided to upgrade the firmware on both extenders.  The system worked good for about a week then I started getting Network errors.

More specifically the RDT stopped working.  The linksys extenders would take a while to boot into MCE and sometimes I would hear sound but not see picture.  When I do get into MCE interface it runs really slow and eventually just stops.  My wife has reported the network congestion error.

I am using a wired gigabit switch connected to both extenders and the media center PC.  I don't use away mode or anything like that.  I did notice some recent updates for the MCE 7/8 that I installed after I started having the problems.  That didn't seem to help.  I have also power cycled all extenders, network equipment, routers and MCE pc's.  I also re-oppended port 3368 which is associated with RDT hack.

    Is there anything else?

    Thanks!
