A small number of channels are incorrect (new, moved, and changed channels).

6.       Description:

RTE 1       is not tuned correctly I found this on C24 (Freq. 495.25)
TV 3         is not tuned correctly I found this on C25 (Freq. 503.25)
Sky News is not tuned correctly I found this on C22 (Freq. 479.25)
Channel 6 is not Listed at all but I found this on C27 (Freq. 479.25)

Last time I set up (months ago) I had the same issue (had to use unmapped region option) but even with this option I was never able to get listing for Channel 6.

That is truely fantastic !! I'm stunned ! Not just at the result but in the manner and time the result was delivered !

If i'd known that it was this easy i'd have done it 12 months ago when I first encountered it.

 

I'll rescan in a couple of days (to give it time) and repost with results.

Next step is install my DVB-S2 card I just purchased ... oh wait ... Fiji thread still burning ...

Rescanned yesterday - no change. I try again in a few days

OK. So it seems my optimism was misplaced or premature !

Rescaned just a while ago and still the same problem.

When I go an unmapped scan it finds some channels - names some others correctly (but no guide) and misses a bunch. It's a mess - a couldn't start to describe it's mess (unless it would be any use to anyone).
