Checked the guide today, and even re-ran an update, and no update appears to have happened yet to the EPG based on a quick look at the initial list provided.

Nothing still appears to be updated, re-ran the guide today, and could not see any difference. :-(

We are approaching the 2 month anniversary since I highlighted this issue, and it still does not seem to be resolved. It's obviously harder to fix than I assumed it to be ?

J, the Sky TVListings website (http://www.sky.com/portal/site/skycom/tvguide/tvlistings) has been changed recently and now they no longer show "Sky Ireland" in the 'Provider & Region' dropdown option. This would have been a good source for you. I have dropped a message to Sky via their online contact form to see if they state whether or not Sky Ireland will be listed again, but I am sure this won't be a speedy process.

I am also checking with some other forums to see if anyone can point me to a website, however at the moment, any feedback requires download/customization for a solution, which I feel is more work than you want.

I am open to any ways to provide you the information you need, in the format you want, even if I have to do it manually. Just let me know.

They are going after the Ireland epg data again.  I found a couple of issues from other resources.  Let me know if you get a response from Sky about the page.  I just like to have multiple locations to verify issues.

Hi J,

Sky came back to me, but the only way to access the guide is via my login to my Sky account, and then I need to customize it for my subscription, so it is not an open website ??? Not much help to you I am afraid.

As I said, my offer is open to help you in any way I can, even if manually doing some analysis. For example if you need me to provide you a file in a certain format I would be willing to work with you on that.

Let me know if there is anything more I can do from my end. I think you also need to escalate that your EPG partners are obviously not meeting their Service Level Agreement given the data inconsistencies and timeliness issues.
