I just completed a NetFlix survey that gave me the impression that they are doing some research on the viability of have a Watch-Now module for MC/XBOX 360.

We can only hope.

That's cool, do you remember the wording?  The current idea is that they might either be doing some type of standalone STB, but they might be judging members wishes and go with a software based solution instead.
