Same deal: The video requested is not available. The name of the clip that is playing is "UnableToPlayClip"
I also tried just turning off Windows Firewall completely... still Unable To play.

Velocity Micro 6600 Quadcore PC / Windows Vista Digital Cable Ready OS / 4GB Corsair RAM / 6 TB Storage Space / 2 ATI external cablecard tuners / 3 360 Extenders
Hmmm... I think you're problem is that you don't have enough storage space. Perhaps an extra hard drive will help. ;)

Chris, so I get the same results going through Windows Media Player playing the trailer from the URL you sent me. I also ran the tracert and here are the results:

Re: Internet TV Beta , Choppy or will not play
I was just thinking... I didn't have a chance to try this, as I just tried to clean-install vista, but could it be the fact that my UAC was turned off that prevented playing videos?

Re: Internet TV Beta , Choppy or will not play
Don't think thats the issue...
I have tried on and off as a test as well... I think it has something to do with how it is caching the files... for me its actually much worse on extenders.

Re: Internet TV Beta , Choppy or will not play

I have not noticed that. It plays perfectly on Xbox360 and Linksys DMA extenders for me.

Jeff -
Not sure then as I have a gigabit network with no flow control issues.

Re: Internet TV Beta , Choppy or will not play
rgreenpc:Jeff - Not sure then as I have a gigabit network with no flow control issues.
I had this issue with the Internet TV previously and had contributed to my network setup, therefore, I made some changes. As a note, everything below is hardwired.
First, my original setup was:
XPS 420 connected via Gigabit to a Linksys SRW2024 Gigabit switch (enabled Tx flow control) which was then connected to a Linksys WRT600N router. I have three DMA2200s and they all experienced pauses after about 5 - 10 secods of video as well as the voice wouldn't always match to the video as well as the video was choppy.
My first change was:
I then purchased a Linksys SRW208G 100 Mb switch originally thinking that it would fix the issues as I felt that they were Gigabit related. However, with the XPS 420 and the DMA2200s on the 100 Mb switch, I still had some occassional studdering and choppiness. This totally blew my 100 Mb versus Gig issue, but I did now have a full green graph on the network optimzation/tuning which I never had before with the Gigabit switch.
Therefore, my final change, which has cleared everything up, is as follows:
XPS 420 connected to the WRT600N router via Gigabit with flow control Tx enabled. The SRW208G is connected via it's Gigabit uplink to the WRT600N and the three DMA2200s are connected via 100 Mb to the SRW208G.
I nearly pulled my hair out trying to get this to clear up by reconfiguring my switches constantly, but in the end, these final hardware changes and moving to 100 Mb seemed to have fixed my issues. Also, in the end, I don't know if moving the DMA2200s back to the SRW2024 would cause any issues, it would be overkill as the DMA2200s are only 100 Mb to begin with and I have freed up several ports on the SRW2024 that were needed for other networking ports in other rooms of the house.
Hope this helps.

Re: Internet TV Beta , Choppy or will not play
Thanks for that...
I will give a few changes a try... I have close to your setup, the only thing I hadn't tried was forcing 100BaseT...

Re: Internet TV Beta , Choppy or will not play
It works on all my extenders pretty well but I wouldn't say that it's perfect. It's kind of a drag when a concert(best things on ITV) will play well for 15 minutes and then glitch for a second or so during a really good song. It's still a cool feature that I am glad MS is out in front on. When the content is more like Hulu then it will be something...Q
