Using Vista Ultimate.
"Network access: Shares that can be accessed anonymously"

Using Vista Home Premuim.
Run regedit go to and add "Recorded TV" to that list.
HKLM_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanManServer\Parameters\NullSessionShares = "Recorded TV" 
this does the same thing as Gpedit in the picture above.

For Network access: "Do not allow anonymous enumeration of SAM accounts and shares" in gpedit.
use HKLM_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\RestrictAnonymous = "0"  in the registry set the Dword = "0"
