Hi, we allways had problems with the Portuguese EPG, except for TVCABO users, for this is the only Portuguese provider listed in the EPG.
What we need is a complete Unmapped analogue/digital guide, with all the channels available in Portugal.
1. CountryCode
PT
2. PostCode
7800 (but it is the same for all the regions in Portugal)
3. ServiceType (cable, sat, ota)
Analog Cable
4. ServiceProvider (name of service provider)
Cabovisao (and all the other providers in Portugal, except for TV Cabo)
5. IssueType (list one)
There is only about 10 to 20 channels in the lineup (4 or 5 of these are for pay tv that most people don't use, or need an extra STB)
Discovery Channel guide information shows up in french!!!
Check out some of the Portuguese cable tv provider lineups so that you can add the missing channels to Unmapped Analogue Cable and Unmapped Digital Cable. (We don't care if we have to serch for services and then add guide listings to them, just as long as we have listings to add)
Provider lineup Cabovisao(my provider):
http://www.cabovisao.pt/cgi-bin/brightserver/index.pl?SVC=1/2/7&CAT_ID=817&CATID=707
Provider lineup TVtel(other provider):
http://www.tvtel.pt/tv_frequencias.html
Most of the channels are the same in all providers in Portugal.
TVcabo is the only provider listed in the EPG
6. Description (this includes what you’re seeing, and what you’d expect to see)
Channel lineup provided is poor (about 20 channels)
7. IssueDateTime
