I have this idea in my head of how i want to use DVRMSToolbox and WebGuide4.  I know that Webguide will convert DVR-MS files into a file that can be streamed and keep the DVR-MS file intact.  I like this because I travel and might want to watch some of my shows while on the road.  What I would really like to happen is have the commercials cut out with DVRMSToolbox before this happens.  Has anyone done anything like this?

any tips for installign on Vista 64 bit?  will the x64 build from his website work, or do registry changes need to be made?

there is a x64 version, it should work ootb... if it doesn't some reg changes can be made to make it work...

if you're a power user, there's a manual install that will work for sure.  the next rev (1.2.0.9) should resolve the registration issues some x64 users have seen.

How to set up this tool to automatic remove comercials and convert to WMV. I managed to manual convert the files, but not auto. I have the file watcher running in the taskbar but it doesnt do anything. I right click on it and all options exept exit are grayed out.

Please help.

So I posted this question on new forumn but have received no replies.  Anyone??

I've just installed the latest version fresh.  Everything is processing, the files are being produced, and commercials are being found.  Except the addon inside MCE is not working??  It does not prompt for the files to be processed, and I can't hit up twice, down twice to enable/disable the addon?  It's like the addon is not being loaded at all in MCE?

It processes automatically (when on).

The default isnt up/down to turn it on/off.

The default is:  click right to toggle on/off
