possible to report a channel error in VMC w/ TV Pack?

If I'm seeing a channel listing error in Vista w/ TV Pack using a QAM tuner, is there someone I can report it to? Where/who does the channel info come from? Zap2It? Microsoft? My cable TV service provider? I don't know.
