Media Center only detects digital signals during setup

I am using Vista Media center with a Pinnacle PC HDTV card and it is only detecting the digital signal from that, instead of the analog signal I use.  Is there any way to fix this?  I am using the latest version of the drivers for the card.

    Specs:
    E8400
    4 gigs of ram
    ATI HD4850
    Pinnacle PC HDTV TV Tuner

This is the reason I got the Pinnacle PCTV To Go HD Wireless and a dedicated Set Top Box from my cable company.
This way I get the HD via {Blue Red Green) wires and the Ethernet router.
Windows Media Center 2005 and anything prior to July 2008 does not recognize QAM channels as of yet.
Other software programs like SageTV and so forth claim they do.
I never got any of the other software to support both QAM and Analog using the Hauppage HVR-1600 or ATI HD 650 USB.
The computers with Media Support and being shipped out as of right now are QAM ready.
Your card only supports one tuner at a time and not both at the same time. Digital or Analog.
I found that holds true for all the cards with only one signal source.
If your card has both a Digital Coaxial and an Analog Coaxial input (TWO INPUTS) then it will due both at the same time.
Record off the digital and watch over the coaxial or watch digital while recording analog.
In Windows Media Center under set up you have to choose one or the other.

I was never given the option to choose one or the other.  I only want analog.
