mikinho:First you will need Blu-ray software. Are you running 32 or 64 bit Vista? I'm asking because your options are different. PowerDVD is the most popular but they removed the ability to play Blu-ray from disk. You will need to create an ISO and then mount using a virtual disc device driver software (I recommend Virtual CD Clone, x64 beta was recently released). ArcSoft TotalMedia Theatre on the other hand allows you to play Blu-ray from disk and even comes with a Media Center plug-in; however, it is 32-bit only.
If you do need to go the ISO route I would highly recommend using ImgBurn to create the ISOs. It is bloatfree freeware and works well with AnyDVD HD.
My Vista is 64 bit. I own PowerDVD Ultra 8.
Right now I can play Blu Ray disks from my HD.
So getting it to play through WMC is a big process, huh? Damn.
