AVERTV Bravo ClearQAM --Only recognized as analog-- no digital?

I have a AVERTV Bravo Hybrid PCI-E tuner, running in concert with a ATI 550 (for analog) in Vista MC.  I installed the .37 beta drivers, and ran the ClearQAM tools following directions exactly.  Now when I run TV signal setup in Vista MC, no digital tuners are found.  The Bravo card is detected by Vista as "AverMedia 716x BDA Analog TV Tuner".  What am I doing wrong?

Removed all references to AverTV products in add/remove programs.  Uninstalled the ClearQAM tool. Rebooted and reinstalled .37 Beta drivers.  This gave me the Digital Antenna Signal Strength tool back.  I ran the ClearQAM tool from Aver and exported to Vista MC.  Cleared the DTV and disabled Guide automatic downloads.  When I tuned to HD QAM channels, I got a green screen w/ audio only.  After some Googling, I found that KB943195 covers this issue.  Dowloaded it and installed it and no more green screen.   All QAM channels tuned in and looking good.
