    FusionHDTV5 USB Gold Not Recognized

I recently moved to MCE 2005 after using Vista for a couple weeks and regular XP previously. Under regular XP and Vista, the tuner card worked fine with the supplied software from DViCO. It even worked with Vista's Media Center Extender and I was able to watch OTA channels through my Xbox 360. I went back to XP since it's a lot more stable and less of a resource hog. I decided to give MCE 2005 a try and I was hoping it'd recognize my tuner like Vista did. The tuner works fine with DViCO's program but Media Center does not recognize the card. What's the problem?

Does it have an onboard MPEG decoder chip?

If I remember correctly, it's got to have one to work with MCE2005.

    Yeah, check it out:

Media Center tuners must have a standardized driver interface, and they must have hardware MPEG-2 encoders
