    360 connection problems

Ok... this problem seems to have evolved... and I don't know why.

I am running Vista Home Prem x64, and Xbox 360

I just built this new computer with Vista, yesterday I connected my 360 without a problem everything worked by the book.

Today, I have been having network bandwidth issues. When I run the tuner on my 360 it shows 1 bar. I have restared PC, and 360, reset the router nothing seems to help. I have also looked at the network status and it dosn't seem like anything else is running using up my bandwidth.

I then went into MC and removed my 360 as an extender thought I would try to reconnect. Now I can't even connect, says no computer can be found. (While connected to xbox live)

I have since gone through and manually opened all the ports it told me xbox needs, on my windows firewall and my router.

*Edit* I did manage to connect the 360 now, by clicking set up new connection, however after turning everything off and unpluging the router and the modem, I still have only 1 bar in the tuning setup.

I still am not having any luck, I am stumped... anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks!

    Re: 360 connection problems

Ok.... I figured out the problem... while trying to fix another problem.

If you have an Nvidia chipset and installed NAM Network Access Management or something.... uninstall it.

After I got rid of it it worked fine.
