Random message popping on screen when extenders connect

When one of my extenders (360 or Linksys DMA 2200) connects to my Mediacenter, a message will randomly pop up on the PC screen and the extender screen.

"Message from the TV Service Provider".  I can't click on ok to get get message to go away.  The only way to get rid of it is to end task on ehshell.exe and reboot the extenders.   Any ideas?

I use to get that all the time too.  I am not sure what can be done about it as it seems to be coming from the Cable Provider.  I have not seen it again since upgrading my ATI DCT's to the 1.19 firmware.  Have you upgraded yet?

I have applied the firmware.  I'm in San Diego with Time Warner.  It only happens when my extenders connect though.
