Can I change the Folder Structure of recorded TV

    Hello

I've ripped about 60 movies and they display great in both WMC running on Vista 64 Ultimate and on my extender.   I have about 5 DVD sets of television shows (House, Greys, Friends, etc..)  Using ANYDVD, DVD Shrink, and VideoRedom I can get the episodes converted into DVD-MS format.

What I would like to do is be able to go intio the recorded TV section and see a folder for "House", another for "Greys Anatomy" and so forth and be able to click on those icons and see al the eopsided I have ripped but WMC seems to dismiss the folder structure and just shows everything.   For example if I have the greys first episode int he greys folder and the house pilot in the house folder, when I go into My Recoded TV it just shows them both.

    Any way around this easily?

if not, since I'm storing on WHS I can just make a share for each set and play them from Mt Videos

    Thanks

    max

Well, technically, those aren't recorded TV - they should either be in the Videos folder or the Movies folder. Then you can set up your own folder structure.

Or, you can fill out the metadata on the show files.  See this thread for download link, and some tips on how to do it right.
Once everything's filled out correctly, the shows should order themselves properly (as long as you sort by > Title your Recorded TV list.)

Media Center just isn't setup to manage large TV show collections. It seems that most "collectors" prefer a 3rd party plug-in like Media Browser.
