"Rescue Me" on FX is suddenly protected content?

The first 10 or so episodes of "Rescue Me" on FX were not protected in any way.  Now the last two episodes have restrictions.  Doesn't make any sense to me.  Does it make any sense to anyone else?  Q.

P.S.  The show hasn't been protected in past seasons either...

Ya I don't know why they are doing funky stuff with this seasons episodes either.  I found another website that has ALL the episodes from every season - here:

I also want to know why Rescue Me is now content protected!

MC will let me view it, but it will NOT let me burn it to disc.

Windows Media Playter reports the file is not playable because I lack the proper 'rights' to the file.

This seemed to start on 6/30/09.  The previous show was recordable and viewable by WMP.

MC recorded it from a Comcast Cable hookup just fine, but I can't get past this 'protected file' nonsense.

What Happened? and better yet, how can I get around it?
