I have found a strange behavior with the metadata in 7MC in the Movie Library as detailed here. Hopefully MS can make the metadata handling in DVR-MS containers consistent in a manner that it always uses the dvdid.xml data if present, otherwise it can fall back to the metadata in the container, if present. A hybrid approach is just weird.
