All, the issue related to lineup and listings data for ATSC users has been identified and a fix implemented. This fix does not require any installation on the user part, and will be delivered automatically.

PLEASE NOTE: Though the issue has been identified and a fix put in place, it will be available to some users sooner than others due to the processing of the new data. If you do not see changes in your guide however within 24 hours, please report your issue here: http://thegreenbutton.com/forums/90/ShowForum.aspx

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused, and will monitor the delivery of the solution this evening.

All, our services are all running as expected, however there was an issue which is causing the new data feed with some of the updated frequencies not to process through. We are currently working to resolve this and I'll provide additional updates as I have them. I don't expect this will be difficult for us to resolve, however the at that point, it's just time waiting for the data to propagate to the front end servers for you all.

Expectation should be however that this will take ~24 hours to complete processing.

    All,

As promised I said I'd post back once the new data had cleared the pipeline and available for users to download. We just confirmed that the updated frequencies are in the current data and by forcing a manual download, or waiting for an automatic download should prove to resolve these issues.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused our users, and assure you that we have done everything possible to resolve this issue as quickly as we were able to.

As a side note, due to ISP cache, it's possible some users may take a little longer to get pointed to the new service. This is normal and will clear itself.

If you have any questions, please post them here to TGB.com or feel free to PM me.
