I've just installed a ATI TV Wonder OCUR device.  Now whenever attempting to tune into a channel I get the following error.

"Display Device Error, The Video Playback Device does not support Playback of Protected content"

I've reinstalled my Video Card and Monitor drivers but this makes no differance.

Also i've contacted my provider Verizon FIOS tv and the say everthing is good on there end.  They even attempted to reinitallize the cable card. 

I'm really at a loss at this point any help would be appresheated.

I have finnally got my computer working.  The issues was that the monitor must be hooked up with a HDCP compliant connection.  I had it hooked up via VGA.
