actually do you really need to stream the video over rdp? Why not mount the recorded tv folder in the server PC to the recorded tv folder in the client pc. I think you only need a rdp client that runs in the mce gui that can control the scheduler on the server pc. basically an rdp add-on for mce should do the trick.
