No, still in beta, but it's a semi-open beta open to all paid users.

I'm still recovering from the HW loss earlier this summer so work is slow, but according to UPS I'm getting my last piece of the puzzle delivered (actually no, my wife's picking it up for me) tomorrow, so I expect v1.2 to go gold before next weekend.

If you haven't visited the website for a while, there's now a bugtracker available along with automatic roadmap and changelog which will give you an indication of where we're at. Of course, some of the "issues" reported for the current release (1.2.08238), especially feature requests, will be put on the backburner and tagged v.Next when and as I get around to them. This because the other project (myDVD - name to be decided) is demanding quite a lot of time initially.

i want to know if MyTv can detect/read wtv or not?

Yup, as long as the filetype is perceived as Video or it's content-type is set to video (which happens when you install TV-Pack), myTV will see and process the file.

As long as you have the TV Pack loaded I see no reason why it wouldn't, it plays anything that has a perceived type of video in the registry.

Actually, the new version will wrap the actual file in an .asx wrapper... which if memory serves me, caused a crash when the wrapper is applied to a DVR-MS file (and quite possibly a wtv file). Or at the very least the file not to be playable.

It's most likely that this feature will be removed from the build before it goes Gold, as it's also had other unintended consquences.

dgaust is correct - everything is wrapped in a asx in the current build (to allow for friendly display of Show/Episode titles when hitting the 'i' button), but it [apparently] doesn't work very well and will be removed again (at least partially) before the next release.

Trials are currently unavailable whilst the last bugs are ironed out in v1.2

If you register on the website you will receive an email once it's released. If you don't feel like registering, I'm fairly certain word will reach TGB also :)

yup..i discovered the same problem when wrapping dvr-ms/wtv especially when bookmarking or skipping

My initial plan of attack on this was to block certain filetypes (dvr-ms/wtv basically), but then I started getting reports of this happening "randomly" on other formats as well. So for now it's completely gone.

If you happen to find a suitable workaround (I'm thinking base it off of the actual codec contained within the file rather than the filetype - but haven't had time to look into it yet) do let mw know :)
