Just for everyones information I am giving up on getting this right. It's taken to much time and effort already, and without a 100% accurate website for the partner to use it seems impossible for this to be maintained and updated.
I am still clueless why we need to provide data to partners in order for them to fix this. If they are being paid for a service by MS they should provide it.
Sky are also regularly changing their EPG these days, seems like nearly every week ! I have tried contacting Sky also a few times via e-mail and phone to get their alternative website fixed, but feel like I am beating my head against a brick wall.
