    TIP;

    Thanks for another great update to your music player.  It is the only one I use anymore and is designed to work in a way that makes sense to me.

    TIP;

    I have a feature request. Can you provide an option to allow a transparent background?  The latest version of video browser (which your app is based on) has a config file that allows a transparent background.  In my case, I have changed the default Vista background, and prefer it to be behind all apps.  Thanks for considering this.

    You can already change this. Just edit the config file and set the variable TransparentBackground to True.
    I recall that the config file is localized at "C:\ProgramData\MusicBrowser\ (hidden folder)

    tip:

    Sorry I don't speak dutch :)

    But if you want I can add dutch text if you translate the following :

    Play all =

    Add to queue =

    Now playing =

    Track details =

    Play track =

    Delete =

    Delete thie file ? =

    by name =

    by date =

    view =

    Hi,

    is it maybe possible to ad German language, here are the translation. That would be great. Thank you.

    Here are the german translations:

    Play all = Alle abspielen

    Add to queue = Zur Wiedergabeliste hinzufügen

    Now playing = Aktueller Titel

    Track details = Titeldetails

    Play track = Titel abspielen

    Delete = Löschen

    Delete thie file ? = Soll die Datei wirklich gelöscht werden?

    by name = Nach Name

    by date = Nach Datum

    view = Ansicht

    Next = Nächster Titel

    Previous = Vorheriger Titel

    Thanks for the Scrolling long file names (Marquee effect). Adds a nice touch to the plugin.
    How about a new view, called "Poster View". Spread those thumbnails across the widescreen realestate.
    I figured your so efficient with updates, might as well add more requests.:-) Thanks again...

    Re: Music Browser plugin [New version] -- Browse your music by folder

    This looks awesome - thanks so much as I've been trying to get a solution for this for a while now.  I have a huge music collection and the standard MC navigation doesn't work well.

    I have it working well when running MC through Vista but when I connect via my Xbox 360 no files are found.  My main music folder is mapped from another computer so I thought that it could be a permissions problem.  However, when I changed the config back to just MyMusic it still doesn't show any files through the Xbox 360 even though they show up when I run MC through Vista.  I suppose that it still could be permissions but I don't know enough about MC to say.  Do you have any insight there?  What user is the MC running under that I could add to gain access to the files?  I've added Read+ access to Everyone.

    If I can get this working this will be the perfect media solution for me.  I would be eternally grateful for any help that anyone could provide.  Thank you so very much in advance.

    Sorry, my knowledge about extenders is very limited. Another user report that it works fine with his xbox.
    Does your music folder is mapped as a "virtual drive" (for example E:\) ?
    Maybe you can try to delete the cache folder (c:\programdata\musicbrowser), or reinstall the app

    1. Scrolling is controled by media center, don't think it's possible
    2. you can always send me a png logo...
    3. don't understand what you want to say

    You can make the background transparent by editing the config file and making the value "true".  Instructions were included a few posts back.  It works for me.  I think the config file is maintained through updates.
