    Re: AlbumArt Utility

    Hi lairnair

First you go in the settings tap and fill in the fields. Leave the first one as it is.

Under "Music settings" select the folder where you have your music.
Then tell the app. which file types you have your music in, enter as many as you like and separate with a semi colon ";".

In the AlbumArt settings field at the bottom, fill in the filename of the files that you use as album art.

Go back to the "AlbumArt Utility" tap and click on "Add".

If you are missing some Album Art then the app. ask you is you want to download them.
Click yes and select the album art for each album found with no album art.

If you already have album art for all your music and just want some in hi-res, then you must delete them first and the run my app.

BUT... I cannot guarantee that it will find them all, since the app. search on Google images. So if it not found there, then you must do it yourself.
This feature is still under development, and I will debug it a lot more when I have the time to do it.

It works, but you can run into an album that it cannot find.

Hope this helps... else feel free to ask and if you find something that is not working or is missing a feature, please tell me :)

    Re: AlbumArt Utility

If you can't see you current album art in explorer, then you must enable "See hidden files" in foldersettings. Then you can see and delete your current album art.

Again, do this at yout own risk, I can't promise you that Google can find them all.

    A little tip:
Disable the setting that allow Windows Media Player to automatik download album art.
If that feature is enabled, then it can overwrite your album art.

I enabled "See hidden files" but I still can't find my album art in my music folders. Am I looking in the wrong place? Thanks for your help.

    Re: AlbumArt Utility

If you don't have any jpg's in your music folder, then you don't have any albumart.

To use my utility to download albumart, you have to use this folder system.

Music folder -> Artist -> Album.

    Exampel:

    D:\Music\Madonna\American Life\
    D:\Music\Nephew\USADSB\

"D" can be any drive on your computer or network.
"Music" is your music folder, you can name it what you want.

    Hope it helps...
