What about the various Media Center rollups?

Are they included in Windows XP SP3? Or should they be installed separately too?

Just read this post and guess what I rebuild s/w last night and done this with IR  reciever plugged in !!

 

I have load nothing else at present  - is there any way to back out this mistake - uninstall reciever ?
