I have two ATI Digital Cable Tuners for sale that originally came with my XPS 420.  They both work fine and were successfully paired with cablevision service.  I no longer have the original boxes or the (oversized) plastic stands, but will send the main units, USB cables and A/C adapter.  The last few sales on ebay look like 223, 225, 275, and 214.  Since I don't have the original packages I'll let them go for $210 each or both for $400, including shipping.  Happy to answer any questions. 

Would these work in any pc, or do you need a cablecard system to use them? 

These tuners can decode encrypted digital channels when paired with a cable card, so that you can watch and record HBO, for example.  In order for this to work you need a computer with a special bios (search for OCUR).  While I believe you can still use these tuners with any computer for unencrypted viewing, there may be cheaper alternatives.

If you still have these you may consider listing them in a Buy-It-Now PayPal auction on eBay. They have a special going on right now where you can get 30% through Live Search so that would make them $147 each which is VERY enticing.
