Hyrbrid TV tuner "kram" hack with TV Feature Pack?

I have been unable to get the "kram" hybrid tuner support registry hack to work with TV Feature Pack. Is there a way to force Vista Media Center with TV Feature Pack 2008 support of single (or dual) hybrid analog/digital tuner cards by editing the system registry, as was doable with VMC before the Feature Pack upgrade?
