Is it possible to develop a Vista Media Center application with the Vista Business Edition ?

Vista Media Center is not included in the Windows Vista Business Edition. Is it possible to develop a Vista Media Center application with the Vista Business Edition ?

I installed the SDK on my business edition. I have some missing assemblies.

That is pretty much what Vista Ultimate is if I am not mistaken.

No, it is not. You need to have the assemblies to compile the project. You also need VMC to start an debug it. So you need Home Premium or Ultimate.
