Dynamically select an UI

Hi, i'm actually working on a plugin which displays TV Channel informations and programs.
I have two main "UI" :

and

I would like to know how to dynamically choose the UI i want to use ?

Currently i have a file "Test.mcml" who launch on of the UI. Here is the file code.

could you be more specific? dynamic from code or from mcml? and how is the choice made?
