MCE won't tune to a specific channel

I have 2 MCE 2005 machines that are having trouble tuning in to a particular OTA channel.  One machine is using a Fusion tuner, the other a HDHR.  Within MCE the signal strength shows "red" for the channel (though the HDHR always does this) and when I try to tune to it for Live TV MCE says it can't find a signal.  But…

If I fire up the applets that come with each tuner for checking signal strength, both show the channel at the strongest (100%, >30db, >95% symbol quality) and if I fire up the applets for watching tv that come with each tuner, both tune to the channel and all its sub-channels just fine.  My HD TiVo also tunes the channel just fine, all on the same antenna  So it seems only MCE has the problem.  Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Brian

    What’s your zip code?

What’s the call sign for the channel?

    What’s the channel number?

Follow MitchSchaft link and check that frequency number “21” with your EPG data, make sure its “21” in the EPG xml.

That was it... guide data had the wrong frequency.  It's working fine now, thank you gentlemen!
