Hi. Hope someone can help me with this. I just purchased my Harmony 1 recently. I'm using Cyberlink PowerCinema (sort of like an application that provides MCE-like features). My IR is USB type, provided with Sapphiretech TV tuner. I've read somewhere that they are using Cyberlink's rebranded remote control.

When I set the Harmony up, I selected MCE device. Directional buttons work (to control selection within PowerCinema). But when it comes to play, pause, fast forward >>, reverse , these buttons work, then immediately afterwards, they don't work. You'll have to press "info" button on the Harmony, and then it will work again. You'll have to do this alternatingly, in between presses of the buttons I mentioned above, you have to keep on pressing "info" button.

Any idea why it's like this? Any workaround?
