Had XP MCE for 2 years or so - many different builds and hardware combos.
Recently, I'm getting this strange problem periodically:
Watching recording TV, sometimes & after "a while", the onscreen overlays (Volume, time left bar etc) no longer appear when I use the remote. So, I'll volume up/down and the the volume onscreen popup top right doesn't appear.
Like I say, this is a recent thing, and it only happens occasionally, but when this occurs it means a reboot to get the onscreen stuff back...
Recently I replaced an older Nvidia 6200 with a newer 8500GT - and I'm using the lastest 175.16 drivers. Since that was the last change I made to my setup, it's obviously card or driver related - but I'm wondering, has anyone else seen this?
