    MCE not accepting IR commands

Hi everybody.  I'm a custom A/V installer and have to say that I am only somewhat well versed with computers.  I was trying to get a universal remote control we had to control out demo MCE.  I was told to edit the registry to disable the debounce.  I think I changed one too many values and now I can't get the MCE to accept any IR commands.  Can anyone give me what the registry values should be so I can get back to square one then disable the debounce again?  Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: MCE not accepting IR commands

Here's a stock MCE2k5 Remote registry key (standard RC6 remote, and no IR blaster(s)):

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\HidIr\Remotes\745a17a0-74d3-11d0-b6fe-00a0c90f57da]

If you want to reset the entire key to a working config (assuming you have a standard MCE remote & receiver), copy the above into Notepad, and save it as a .reg file.  Double-click the file, and hit OK to import it to the registry.
Reboot after making changes or importing.
