Hi All,

I'm just starting to putting my HTPC, I've decide to use my desktop PC which is HP t3640.uk with ASUS P5LP-LE motherboard running Microsoft Vista Home Premium.
 
I would like to use Coaxial SPDIF Out port to connect it to Denon AVR-1306 as it has 2xCoaxial inputs will that work together ?

I have a home cinema system now from Philips with HDMI output but I found picture quality same or maybe even better when i watch DVD from my PC (both connected to 42" LCD via: DVD,HDMI->HDMI and PC,DVI->HDMI), the only problem is sound which is not 5.1/DTS from PC. For that reason and of course to keep all the media on HTPC I want to get rid of my home theater and get a  Denon DHT1356XP set which will stream sound from HTPC and Sky+ box.

I will appreciate any comments and suggestions.
