    Coop:
Is the 2200 just a 2100 with a DVD player built in?  If so, Newegg has that listed with an instant savings that puts it at $149.99.

It adds a DVD player and extra wifi antenna

Also, it replaces the extra bright blue light with a VFD display for DVD information and information about when you are in the Linksys configuration menu.

I have a DMA-2100 for sale... $125 shipped to US.  PM me.

Bledsoe, what is your general opinion of the the DMA solution?.. I'm interested in adding one just cause to my current config of 3@XBox360...  Folks have said the biggest draw back is the UI speed...

    Thanks for the opinion...

UI speed has vastly improved since initial release, for me it is a none issue because I spend more time watching media then worrying about the speed of the transitions.

It's a good solution and works well...I'm just moving away from Media Center because of lack of DirecTV support.

I was really worried about the transitions but after owning one I am suprised anyone would even mention it anymore. With SP1/updates, latest firmware, and a mce remote (included remote doesn't register very well), the transitions are fine. This is over wireless G too.

How many devices?  Is any of the content HD?

Good to here you are having a good experience.

I have a 2200 and a 360 and they are both the same speed.

I have just the one dma2100 for all my dvd movie collection currently. I can't stream HD with wireless G but I plan on going wired once I get a Cablecard pc to stream HD. The transitions wouldn't change though. Note that the transitions are only in the main menu. The speed of going through the media is good, it just doesn't "transition" like the pc does. This video shows what I am talking about http://www.engadgethd.com/2008/06/19/the-media-center-extender-shootout/  I had read reviews that said you had to shut off transitions but this is completely not the case anymore.
