Well after my last post I found out that I have a beta version of the bios for my board... could explain a couple other quirky bios bugs I have. Will update that tonight.

However I have been doing some googling and it looks like there are plenty of people who have the same problem. Some are releated to nvidia driver issues and another person fixed it by removing there creative X-Fi which is not a solution to me. I will live without sleep mode before taking out my X-Fi.

Well I think I got it working... updated the bios and installed the ACPI driver. Has worked properly everytime since.

Also got my Sugo SG01-F and Asus P5E-VM HDMI last night. Man that board is sweet. Sugo is bigger then I expected and cabling inside it is a big mess but Over the next while I will put some better fans in it and clean up the cabling. Only problem is my PSU was damaged during shipping so I was only able to power it up with a known good PSU to post and now it's sitting awaiting its replacement PSU.
