Paul from S1Digital says that an official firmware upgrade for the ATI Digital Cable Tuners (CableCARD tuners, OCUR) has been released.  Version is 1.16 and to obtain it you will want to contact your OEM as they only have the right to distribute it.

This should fix issues with some customers getting premium channels, and I assume some other general stuff.

Getting for from guys like S1Digital, Niveus Media, et al shouldn’t do much of an issue but I’m wondering how Dell and HP will handle this.  For those with Dell/HP CableCARD PCs, let me know how the process goes of attempting to get the 1.16 firmware update for your tuners.
